FM securely stores your data in an encrypted vault on a FM laptop. A back-up copy is kept on an encrypted disk in a locked metal filing cabinet at FM’s address.
FM will keep your data for 10 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by using a specialist digital file shredder. Any paper consent forms collected for FM’s research will be securely shredded before disposal using a cross-shredding machine.

FM would like to send you news about resources, research, products, and services of ours that we think you might like. You will only receive this if you have explicitly subscribed to FM. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you can always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop FM from contacting you for marketing purposes.
